GREG FILICE | Project Manager/Estimator

Mr. Filice has been associated with Kent Construction as an Owner’s Rep. since 1996 and joined Kent Construction’s dedicated staff in June 2006. He has been a licensed General Contractor since 1978. Prior to joining Kent Construction, Mr. Filice oversaw construction of Village Green (a senior community), Gilroy Gardens Theme Park (previously Bonfante Gardens), and various Nob Hill Foods stores, warehouses & offices.

TIM SHERMAN | Project Manager/Estimator

Mr. Sherman has been associated with Mr. Kent since August 1999 and joined Kent Construction’s staff in September 2000. He is a licensed California Contractor. Mr. Sherman was in business for himself for five years and prior to that was Lead Carpenter Foreman for a large framing contractor. Mr. Sherman holds a Certificate in Erosion and Sediment Control for Construction Projects with the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board and the California Department of Transportation.

JOHN ANDERSON | Project Manager/Estimator

Mr. Anderson joined the Kent Construction team in 2010. Prior to joining Kent Construction, he worked as a Land Development Manager and Project Manager for large companies in the Bay Area. Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Central Washington University, and has 20 years of construction experience in various positions.

DARRELL PAIGE | Superintendent

Mr. Paige has been associated with Kent Construction since May 1998. Prior to joining Kent Construction, Mr. Paige worked for Nob Hill Foods for seventeen years in Construction Operations.

STEVE JESKE | Superintendent

Mr. Jeske has been associated with Kent Construction since August 2000.  He also is a licensed California Contractor.  Mr. Jeske has worked in construction since 1980 and has moved up the ranks from Carpenter to Field Superintendent.

JASON MORTON | Superintendent

Mr. Morton joined Kent Construction in 1999.  He has over 30 years of experience in construction; including remodel/renovation, custom home building, and wood framed commercial/mixed use buildings.

ROBERT VALDERRAMA | Superintendent

Mr. Valderrama has been employed by Kent Construction since May 2007.  He has over 28 years in construction as a Carpenter, Framing Contractor, and Superintendent.  He has experience in on-site supervision and management of projects ranging from high quality remodel/renovations to large custom homes, wood framed commercial/ mixed use buildings and TI/seismic retrofit upgrade projects. Mr. Valderrama is a LEED Green Associate and a licensed General Contractor in California.

MIKE CROTTEAU | Superintendent

Mr. Crotteau has been employed by Kent Construction as a Superintendent.

JAN-BART HOOGSTEDE | Superintendent

Mr. Hoogstede joined the Kent Construction team in 2001.  He has over 30 years experience in construction, including remodel/renovations, custom homes, and wood framed commercial/mixed use buildings.

JACQUE MORTON | Controller 

Ms. Morton has been employed by Kent Construction since 1997.  She has performed construction accounting duties since 1984. Ms. Morton directs the financial activities of the organization including banking, accounting, insurance, bonding and prevailing wage.

KELLIE SILHANEK | Project Engineer / Compliance Monitor

Ms. Silhanek has been employed by Kent Construction since 2004.  She currently manages/coordinates project meetings, bid tracking, contracts, and submittals, requests for clarification/information, purchase orders, budget and cost coding, warranty and close-out documents. She compiles and monitors certified payroll compliance. 

BOB HERNANDEZ | Safety Officer

Mr. Hernandez joined Kent Construction in May, 2007.  He has over 25 years in the construction field with experience as a superintendent and project manager.  He currently oversees all safety operations, employee and equipment training for Kent Construction.

JEANETTE RAMOS | Accounts Payable / Insurance

Ms. Ramos joined Kent Construction in 2013.  She has over 20 years of accounting experience.  She currently manages all accounts payable and insurance compliance.

BRENDA SHAW | Project Engineer

Ms. Shaw has been employed by Kent Construction since 2005. She currently coordinates project meetings, bid tracking, contracts, submittals, requests for clarification/information, purchase orders, warranty and close-out documents. Prior to joining Kent Construction, Ms. Shaw worked for an electrical subcontractor for 5 years as an Accounts Receivable Manager and was also a Project Accountant for a large General Contractor.
